This is a digital file. Once it has been emailed, it can be copied, so it cannot be returned.

Before the file is sent

If Razorpay shows a successful payment and the PDF has not arrived at the checkout email within 2 working days, mail desk.hooklist@outlook.com with the payment id. You get a full refund, or the file, whichever you ask for.

After the file is sent

No refund. That includes a change of mind, a file you already shared, or a sample you decided was enough.

How a refund is paid

An approved refund goes back on the original method (UPI, card, or netbanking) through Razorpay. Banks usually show it in 5 to 7 business days after Razorpay starts it. HOOKLIST does not refund in cash.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel. A payment link that you close before paying is not a charge.
