HOOKLIST collects only what it needs to send the PDF and answer a question.

What is collected

• The email address you type at Razorpay checkout, so the paid PDF can be sent there.
• Payment status from Razorpay: amount, time, and a payment id. Not your card number and not your UPI PIN.
• If you write to desk.hooklist@outlook.com, that message and your reply address.

What it is used for

To deliver the file, to refund a payment when the refund policy says so, and to answer the mail you sent. The list of buyers is not sold and not used for ads.

Who else sees it

Razorpay processes the payment. Their policy is at razorpay.com/privacy. The desk mailbox is Outlook.

How long

The payment record is kept as long as the bank and tax rules for that sale require. A support mail is kept until the question is finished, then deleted from the desk inbox.
